Short answer: late applications are handled through AİS on 5 November
The late-application day for the 2026 Ministry of Justice Enforcement Director and Deputy Enforcement Director Selection Examination is 5 November 2026. ÖSYM’s calendar displays the window as 10:00 to 23:59. The standard application period was 20–26 October, so if you have not applied, sign in early and check the current steps and payment information directly on ÖSYM.
ÖSYM’s announcement and guide state that the examination will take place in Ankara on 5 December 2026. This article does not promise eligibility or appointment. A late-application option also does not mean that your degree, graduation, employment or other conditions are met. Read the 2026-İcra Application Guide alongside the announcement from the Ministry of Justice Directorate General of Enforcement Affairs.
Open three official screens before you start
Review your AİS record
First, sign in to ais.osym.gov.tr yourself. Review the identity, contact, education and photograph information shown there against your own records. The guide says that education information is reflected on the application screen from the Higher Education Information System. If you see missing or inconsistent information, do not try to resolve it through social-media comments; follow the relevant procedure in the guide and ÖSYM announcements.
Never share your password, one-time code or full result screen. If you need an application centre, verify the application details from your own AİS account once the transaction is finished. A screenshot from someone else is not reliable evidence that your application is complete.
Read each condition in the guide
Title, degree field, application method, fee, arrangements for candidates with disabilities and examination rules work together in the same document. Do not assume you are eligible after seeing one clause only. Match exceptions, requested documents and later procedural steps to your own situation. Where something remains unclear, seeking confirmation through an official channel is safer than leaving it to the final hour of late application day.
Confirm payment and application record separately
Completing a form and completing every required stage are not necessarily the same. The 2026-İcra guide requires the application to be made as specified and the examination fee to be paid. Check the process status in AİS, the official payment direction and the confirmation shown on screen during the same session. Obtain variable details such as fee amount or payment channel from the official screen open that day, not from this article.
Keep a receipt or transaction reference after payment, but do not treat it by itself as proof of an accepted application. Your examination and application information should appear in AİS. If a browser error, interrupted connection or unclear status occurs, check the record in your account before randomly repeating the action. The official status is the basis for assessing duplicate-payment or incorrect-transaction risk.
Note the examination date now and follow personal details later
According to the guide, the 2026-İcra examination will be held in Ankara on 5 December; it also names Ankara-Çankaya and Ankara-Yenimahalle. Your individual building and room, however, will be announced later through a separate entry document. Rather than buying transport now or assuming a fixed route, follow ÖSYM notices and the document screen when it opens.
The guide also says that admission to examination buildings will be completed by 10:00 and that candidates will not be admitted after that time. Put this rule in your calendar rather than relying on memory on the morning of the examination. When the entry document is published, recheck the building address, identity document, permitted items and your transport plan.
Do not confuse applying with appointment
Applying for this examination does not mean that you have been appointed to a position or progressed through every later stage. ÖSYM’s notices cover examination and application processes; for the position announcement and later personnel procedures, follow the official notices of the Ministry of Justice Directorate General of Enforcement Affairs separately. Do not automatically treat oral-examination or document lists from earlier years as 2026 rules.
For separate planning tasks, see the university directory, degree pages, ranking guide, preference-list guide and scholarship and loan guide.
A practical checklist for 5 November
Sign in to AİS in the morning, confirm that you selected the correct examination and reopen the guide. Review your education and personal information. If the system asks for payment, use the official direction only. Afterwards, confirm the application status in AİS and retain the reference. Check the ÖSYM homepage again during the day for an updated notice.
Starting before the final hour leaves options if a technical problem occurs. If an on-screen issue does not resolve, do not turn to intermediaries who request your password or identity data. Use ÖSYM’s official communication and announcement channels. Those screens are also the sole authority for any change to the late-application date, hours, fee or conditions.
Use a verification order, not a collection of links
Search results, forums and messages can help you discover a topic, but they are not enough for an application decision. Start with the examination name and date in ÖSYM’s announcement, then check the late-application window in the calendar, and finally check the personal transaction page in AİS. The guide adds detailed rules to those general screens. The Ministry notice helps explain the personnel-process context.
This order reduces mistakes caused by similar examination names and material from earlier periods. Check a page’s publication date and examination year carefully. An old entry-document list, examination-day rule or oral-examination notice is not automatically a current application rule. Save official links with their title and date so that you can identify the correct version later.
Set reminders after the application is verified
Once your application is confirmed in AİS, create two reminders: one to check ÖSYM periodically for the entry-document announcement, and one for your personal transport plan for 5 December. Do not assume a building before the entry document is published. If a new correction or access notice appears, use the most recent official text.
That turns application-day pressure into a manageable follow-up plan. Keep only verified dates, links and completed-transaction records in your notes; do not include sensitive identity or password information.
